DFS supplies PT Vivo Energy’s first gas station in Indonesia

Dover Fueling Solutions has been selected to supply a complete forecourt solution for PT Vivo Energy Indonesia.

PT Vivo Energy Indonesia is the latest foreign oil company to establish its Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) retail fueling station in the suburbs of Jakarta, Indonesia. Vivo Energy managed to complete the station in six months, from conception to the opening, which occurred last September.

DFS provided the PT Vivo Energy site, the first they open in Indonesia, with modern Wayne Helix 5000 fuel dispensers, Wayne Fusion forecourt system with the Tokheim ProGauge automatic tank gauge (ATG) to monitor and control the operations of the station.

“We have selected Dover Fueling Solutions as our primary supplier due to their strong presence in the region and their complete portfolio,” said James Khoo, General Manager Retail for Vivo Asia.

The new fuel retailer had to change its name from PT Nusantara Energi Plant Indonesia (NEPI) to Vivo to stay in line with the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry.

“The success of this flagship station is a testament to the great teamwork present between PT Vivo Energy Indonesia and DFS,” said Chris Cooper, General Manager for DFS Asia.
