ENOC marine service stations: signage and branding

Dubai has a vibrant marine transportation sector, with residential communities being developed on the marina, and a growing appetite among boat and yacht owners. To serve the growing demand for fuel, ENOC — a leading energy player, recently opened two new marine stations, one on-the-shore at Umm Suqeim, and another off-shore at Dubai Harbour.

Designed to be unique and efficient, both marine stations deploy innovative technology while including all elements of a regular service station — fuel tanks, dispensers, reel hoses and convenience pop-up stores.

As trusted partners of ENOC, Joseph Group was chosen to provide the required signage and branding solutions for the two new stations. Both stations had varied requirements, given the fact that one was on-shore near the docks with easy access to all forms of marine transport, and the other was on a floating pontoon off-shore.

The scopes of work included steel works, signage, and cladding of the kiosk structures, branding of the fuel dispensers, manufacture and installation of 10 m totem and entry/exit signs, as well as custom retail visual identity (RVI) elements for the Zoom store, vapour recovery room and control room.

Featuring striking LED signs, internally-illuminated kiosks, solar deck lighting, and prominent custom ENOC branding, the required visualization was efficiently brought to effect.

While these service stations were conceptualized to look futuristic, and equipped with the latest technology and gear, they were equally created to be highly competent and accessible to their customers.
